Section 9
Disqualification as a director
: No one of the following persons can be or remain a director:-
(a) A person who is insane or mentally unbalanced,
(b) A person who has been found guilty of a criminal charge involving moral turpitude and has been sentenced to imprisonment for more than six months and has not been paid for 5 years from the date of serving such imprisonment,
(c) a person who is in debt to a creditor, or
(d) A person having any kind of private interest in any contract or agreement with the committee.
